This Privacy Policy describes how Fyxr, Inc. ("Fyxr", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with the Fyxr application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Because the Platform is a marketplace, certain information is shared between users as needed for core functionality. If you use in-app payment features, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Fyxr may receive transaction status, payment identifiers, fee information, payout details, and similar payment metadata needed to support Platform operations. Stripe or other processors may separately collect and process payment card, bank account, tax, identity, and compliance information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Contractor payout and onboarding information may be collected directly by the payment processor rather than by Fyxr.
At this time, we do not use advertising SDKs, session replay tools, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies in the consumer-facing Platform based on our current implementation.
We may use limited technical mechanisms that are reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Platform, such as authentication-related cookies or tokens, session controls, device records, push notification tokens, server logs, and similar technical tools.
If our practices change materially, we may update this Privacy Policy and any applicable in-product disclosures.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

At this time, Fyxr does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in certain privacy laws.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for use of the Platform. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
The Platform may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, cloud providers, file storage providers, authentication providers, AI providers, email providers, and mapping or address tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that the updated Privacy Policy applies to your continued interactions with the Platform.
